The following is a list of services offered by our group:

·        Immigration and permits
-   Work authorization for citizens from outside the European Community.
-   Permit to stay for the family nucleus.
-   Uniting families for citizens from outside the European Community.
- Tourist or business visas for every destination, at all embassies.
- Sworn translation and legalization of documents. 

·        Touring areas of the city
-         orientation tour of the city in the potential areas of interest: residential areas deemed of interest for the Client’s residential needs
-         Information on immigration and leasing procedures. 

·        Tax code number
-         Applying for and obtaining a tax code number (permits the opening of a current account, the activation of utilities including cell phone activation, flat rental, and car purchase). 

·        Seeking permanent accommodations (International Point Immobiliare)
-         Visits to flats available in the selected areas.
-         Consulting in the legal and tax aspects of the rental contract (with English translation, where necessary).
-         Assistance for leasing proposal contract, and payments to be made in the various phases.
-         Checking the state of the property and verifying the inventory of furniture; drafting the delivery report signed by both parties. 

·        Utilities
-         Activation or transfer of utility contracts (electricity, water, gas, telephone), with meter reading. 

·        Residence request
-         Request for registration in the municipality to obtain residence (considerably important for purchasing cars).
-         If necessary, registration for sanitation service.
-         Request to obtain the permit to drive in the historic sector and free parking permit in “blue areas.”

·        Driver’s license
-         Obtaining a driver’s license.
-         Conversion of foreign driver’s license for European Community citizens, or of driver’s license issued by countries with reciprocity rules with Italy.
-         Driver’s license duplication for loss or theft. 

·        Registration in local health unit, and obtaining local health unit (ASL) card
-         Requesting and obtaining ASL card and selecting a general practitioner.

·        Vacating the property
-         Preparation of the letter cancelling the rental contract. Assistance in reclaiming the security deposit with the verification of the inventory of furniture and of the state of the apartment.

-  Cancelling such local registrations as residence, local health unit, bank account, and utilities.
